Dear JEECAR Readers:

We are delighted to announce that the Journal of Eastern European and Central Asian Research is accepted to the Web of Science Core Collection in Emerging Sources Citation Index database.

The Emerging Sources Citation Index was launched in 2015 by Thomson Reuters as a new Web of Science database. Since 2017 the index has been produced by Clarivate Analytics.

The Emerging Sources Citation Index aims to extend the WoS scope to include valuable, high-quality, peer-reviewed publications. It ensures important research is visible in the Web of Science Core Collection.

Moving forward, the Journal JEECAR will be discoverable on Web of Science with full citation counts, author information, and other enrichment. Also, articles will be included in an author's h-index calculation.

The JEECAR's acceptance to the WoS family of the world's most recognizable scientific journals, in addition to Scopus, ProQuest, Cabell, Ebsco, Google Scholar, etc., marks a new milestone in Journal's development.

Congratulations!

JEECAR Editorial Board
