Adjunct Professor, GHW School of Business and Technology, Webster University, St. Louis, MO, and Visiting Professor at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.

 

Natalya (Natasha) Delcoure, IEECA Director – is a Professor of Finance and Dean of the College of Business Administration at the TX A&M University – Kingsville, USA.

 

 

Tom Hanson, IEECA Director – former Foreign Service Officer with the Department of State. Also, he worked on the Foreign Relations Committees of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives.

 

 

Nazar Mustapha, IEECA Director – is an Associate Professor of Finance at New Orleans Dillard University, LA, USA.

 

 

Inna Neskorodieva, IEECA Director – is an Associate Professor of Finance at the V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University of School of Business in Ukraine.

 

 

Joseph Sabir, IEECA Biological Research Development Coordinator – is responsible for facilitating the publication workflow and upholding journal standards for the biomedical specialty content areas for which he is responsible. He examines and processes research papers in the field of biology to advance microbiology, infectious diseases, and biomedical research topics through the publishing pipeline. Joseph Sabir contributes publishing expertise and editing help to the IEECA and JEECAR Research and Editorial Teams through joint and independent initiatives. He participates in cross-departmental projects and efforts on publishing, data openness, and Open Access policy while instructing seminars on research writing for PubMed Biological journal articles.

Ran Liu, IEECA Director – is a marketing and global economic expert with an emphasis on China, Eastern and Central Asia. He serves as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Central Connecticut State University, USA.

 

MISSION AND GOAL STATEMENT

The Institute of Eastern Europe and Central Asia (IEECA) is organized exclusively for research and charitable purposes with the mission to promote high-quality multi-disciplinary scientific and academic research. Its primary goal is to serve academia by providing a forum for academicians and graduate students engaged in research and peer-reviewed studies in the fields of International Affairs, Economics, Accounting, Management, Finance, Marketing, and other business areas. This purpose and the activities of the Corporation fall within the provisions of the IRS code, Section 501(c)(3).

OBJECTIVES

IEECA performs research in areas concerning the political and economic developments of Eastern Europe and Central Asia in relationship to Western European nations and China. By Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the IEECA refers to Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, and five post-Soviet Central Asian states: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.

In order to find realistic answers to the contemporary economic and political issues occurring in East Europe, Central Asia, and the world, IEECA seeks to advance research and discussion about international issues by both academic and practical approaches.

IEECA establishes connections with universities and NGOs from different continents across different arenas, including international business, multi-lateral policy, and academia. It hosts scholars and leaders worldwide as resident or non-resident fellows to pursue high-level opinions on the international community's complicated academic or socioeconomic issues.
