Conference on Diversity and Research

Welcoming Invitations to the Conference

The Journal JEECAR organizes the virtual Conference on Advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Academic Business Research: East-West Dialog of Values in cooperation with Al Ain University, UAE and Webster University, St. Louis, MO, USA.

This event provides a unique platform for researchers to focus on common challenges preventing the inclusion of diversity issues into academic research. The Conference offers a platform to create more inclusive research across the globe.

The forum will also provide a network of support and practical tools for researchers and doctoral students seeking best research practices and insights towards proposing the rationale for change.

The March 2021 event will host prominent academics, researchers, and graduate students who will share key findings and upcoming research undertakings in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion dialogue of Eastern vs. Western human values.

Conference Objectives:

  • Learn why Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are more important in research now than ever, on what we should focus on, and how to prioritize the research resources.
  • Learn from others' experience and strategy of building inclusion into academic curriculum and training.
  • Learn what traits companies look for to ensure graduates have these qualities and what businesses can learn from researchers to support millennials.
  • Learn how to focus on building research-team and diversity training efforts.

A special issue on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Research will be published by the double-blind, peer-reviewed journal JEECAR indexed in Scopus. All non-previously published abstracts, manuscripts, and proposals must be submitted by February 15, 2021, to be considered for presentation and future publication.
