Selected manuscripts reviewed by the Copnference Scientific Committee will be published by the Journal of Eastern European and Central Asian Research (JEECAR). The JEECAR, a recognised journal of expertise in the field of issues relative to Central and Eastern Europe, and Central Asia is currently under review for Scopus accreditation. Letters of Invitation may be issued upon review. However, they will be awarded to individuals from recognized academic institutions that have submitted an accepted presentation. Observers do not qualify.
